Dealership Sales Team – Contact email
Our sales team is in place to support our dealership network to order parts for their inventory and handle the sale of new equipment for their clients.
Product Support Team – Contact email
Our parts and service group manages the pipeline of parts for the dealerships we work with to ensure we are able to proactively manage the requirements for both maintenance and service of their fleet for the their customers. We employ a personalized approach with a focus on rapid response. We establish personal relationships and make ourselves readily available for any queries from our dealership partners.
Our customer service approach has two main channels of operation, pre and post sales support. Our pre-sales support is to assist our dealer network with all forms of promotion ranging from trade shows, regularly creating promotional material to developing complete marketing programs to reduce cognitive dissonance with our end customers.
Our post sales support includes a secure customer service portal, direct access to a customer service representative to order parts for any model and access to technical support all of which are focused to minimize downtime for any of our machine operators and promote good maintenance procedures.

Our warranty service team receives, tests and analyses all requests for component, mechanical and structural failure within the criteria of defined warranty agreement. With completed analysis, the team then reports their findings back to client to complete the request.

The marketing team’s mandate is to both promote the brand and models to the end customer, as well as support our dealerships with their marketing endeavours that promote their service and the Eltec brand to their regional markets.
Technical Support Team
Our dealerships have a direct line to our technical support staff to access their expertise when trying to solve performance issues, complete complex maintenance tasks and answer any other questions about mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or programmatic aspects of our equipment.
Product Development & Engineering Team
Development work for our new models is ongoing work. Between monitoring what the competition does to remaining abreast of new technology through our component partners, this dedicated team is the braintrust for Eltec machines. Our investment in this group ensures that the client feedback loop is baked into how we evolve our product to meet the needs of our clients. Variables that influence our product development that this team take into account vary from jurisdictional variations for emission requirements, forestry harvesting methods, mechanical performance requirements, material science improvements and direct client input.
Production Team
Manufacturing our machines is an elaborate and coordinated effort encompassing everything from supply chain management, production line coordination to quality control assessments. This is where metal gets cut, tracks are mounted onto frames and where hydraulics are tested and tuned. There is no machine without the many hands required working together to build it. Working to our specification is a zero margin game and our talented group of people working together keeps us in the winner’s circle.
